Claw Quest is a roguelike RPG where you'll use a claw machine-style mechanical claw to collect weapons, items, and bizarre things while exploring dungeons full of monsters. As you gradually improve, you'll progress through whimsical forests, mysterious ruins, glowing caves, and other magical areas full of secrets and rewards. My thoughts on Claw Quest

When I tried out Claw Quest for the first time, I thought the claw was going to more or less follow the real mechanics of a similar machine, but it was nothing like that. I was quite surprised because it's a completely new way of interacting with roguelike games. At first, you laugh at how random everything is, but then you start thinking strategically about what to pick up, what to leave, and how to put together a build with what you get. It's chaotic, fun, and very addictive.

The best and the worst of Claw Quest

• What I liked most is the originality of the claw, the adorable visuals, and the fast pace that makes it perfect for mobile.

• What I liked least is that, as it's highly procedural, some runs can feel more chaotic or unbalanced, although this is also part of the roguelike charm.
