Clandestine: Anomaly

Clandestine: Anomaly is a game that combines elements of tower defense, action, and virtual reality. This way, even if the gameplay is very similar to that in other tower defense games, the story is set in your town, a location you choose, as the game uses virtual reality.

Throughout the story, you can interact with other characters that are in the same room that you are, thanks to the virtual reality system that's incorporated in the game, which also makes all the scenarios for battles very similar to your actual location.

The gameplay can feel pretty familiar for anyone that has played a tower defense before. You have to build defensive structures (which typically have a fixed location) with the objective of eliminating the enemy threats that appear as you play. Naturally, as you advance in the story you'll find more and more powerful creatures.

Clandestine: Anomaly is a tower defense with pretty conventional elements. Nevertheless, it achieves the level of an outstanding game, thanks to the use of virtual reality. Besides, the storyline sets it apart from other games in the genre.
