ONLINE ORDERS:
Absolutely! You don't have to have an account with us to order online, but if you're looking to connect your current Clampitt company account, or create a customer account, please see the 'Customer & Company Accounts' section.
Also - it is our goal to make your paper, envelope & equipment buying and browsing as seamless as possible. We love to hear feedback, so if you have a suggestion on how we can improve or what we are doing right, please let us know!
You can use our website by browsing our products through the main navigation or searching for the product you'd like. You can then choose the amount you'd like to order and click 'Add to Cart.'
When you have what you need in your cart, you can proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase!

We accept all major credit cards, COD & payment terms (if you have a compnay account with us).
No, you do not need an account to place an order on our website and can check out as a guest.

Our FasClampitt Stores are more tailored toward small quantities and cash sales. However, if you need only a small amount of parent/folio size sheets we can definitely help you at our main branches.
Our Fasclampitt locations stock the bulk of our envelope inventory.

You can change the sheet count on your order in a few different ways.
On the category pages, you can adjust the sheet count before adding to your cart.
On the product page, you can adjust the sheet count just above the price and add to cart area.
If you're on the shopping cart page, you can adjust the sheet count there before proceeding to check out.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
We ship to the continental United States.
Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the size of your order. You’ll see the estimated shipping cost during checkout.
We ship via our own delivery network of Clampitt trucks. We also use other carriers like UPS when outside of our geography.
If your order was shipped using our local Clampitt truck delivery network, you should expect your order in 2-3 business days.
If you are outside our network and we used a thrid-party shipping method, you can generally expect deliveries between 5-7 days, depending on carrier.
Yes! During checkout, choose the 'In-Store Pickup' option.
Once your order has been processed, the Clampitt team from that location will reach out to you know and will be shipped immediately.

If a product is 2500/M, that means it is $2,500 per one thousand sheets.

CREATIVE CENTER
The Clampitt Paper Creative Center is a space for all things paper and print. And, it's the biggest sample room in Texas!
The goal of the Creative Center is to have a creative place for printers, designers, graphic artists, marketing teams and more to meet and brainstorm.
We also have The Max Center for Creative Learning which is the go-to place for local groups to host meetings, lunch & learns, events, and more.

No, envelope samples are made and only for professionals working on live projects. Please ask a rep about purchasing envelopes.
es, we will ship samples to customers in our general trading area. If you are not located within our general trading area, but are a Clampitt customer, we can ship samples using a provided shipping account number. If you are not a Clampitt customer and not located within our geography, we apologize we are not able to ship samples.
