cl-journal 0.2.2

This is a first client release posted in this community although it's not a major one.

Some highlights from this and previous 0.2.x releases:

• Client has a website now - please check out http://can3p.github.io/cl-journal


• sync command was renamed to push, pleast run cl-journal init once more to update pre-commit hook if you have one.
