Citizen’s Patrol ensures that where ever you are, you are always connected to your near and dear ones.
In case of any kind of emergency when you need help, you can always depend upon Citizen’s Patrol and send a help request at a press of button.

Some of the situations where Citizen's Patrol can be useful:
• Life threatening situations like Medical/Fire/Police emergency,
• Eve teasing,
• Uninvited people at home and unaccompanied seniors/kids at home or away from home requiring help,
• Social gatherings where your friend is lost and unable to reach your party location.
• You want to get tracked while commuting from office to home for personal safety.
• Waiting for office/school bus with no idea of its location.
• Sharing your location,
• Sending Broadcast message to a set of people for any kind of event.

Functionality:

1. ERS (Emergency Response System):
• Single button functionality
• Send Email with link to live location to registered friends.
• Call Emergency Services
• Send live tracking/help request to nearby app users
• Provides door to door directions to helpers to expedite help.
• Cancel the request when no longer applicable.
• option to Send help request only to your friends.
• Select type of emergency and if you would like to automatically call emergency services in your request.
• Provides list/map of citizens to whom the request is sent and their distance from the requester. Requester can choose to reject any helper from the list if he does not want that helper to help him.
• Opt-in option to share the phone number for helper to reach him.
• Option for helper to accept/reject a request once received.
• Option to use default country specific emergency number or to modify it as per user’s preference.

2. Geofencing: to auto initiate tracking and notifications once user leaves a specified area and deactivate it once they are back. Once initial setup is done then the app works in auto mode without any manual intervention while following the rule *SAFE:* ( *SET*, *ACTIVATE* and *FORGET* till *EMERGENCY*).

3. Group broadcast: feature to send any notification to broadcast subscribers.

4. TrackMe: feature to initiate self-real-time tracking and send tracking route link to registered friends.

5. Vehicle Tracking feature (only for Organizations)
• Provides live vehicle details to commuters so that they can be at route stop at time resulting in efficiencies for time and cost.
• Provides notifications to commuters when pre-defined route stops are approached/crossed.
• Provides current location map of complete fleet to admins/managers.
• Provides editing capabilities to admins/managers to add/update/delete any vehicle/Route/Route Stop/Driver.

6. Phone/SMS will work only if your device has phone facility.

7. Group broadcast message via internet to up to 500 users in one go. ** Group broadcast does not initiate help request.

8. View your current location with address and map and share it with anyone.

9. TrackMe feature.

10. Option to cleanly uninstall the app if not satisfied by archiving data from server.

11. Works globally, do not need to install any other app if relocating or travelling. You can always depend on Citizen's Patrol.

12. Offline Group Subscription available for premium options.

P.S:
• Does not require a phone capability for its function as long as the android device has internet, google services and location enabled.
• Needs working Phone plan for calling helper/requester in case of emergency.

If your device does not support SIM or working mobile plan then other functionality will still work!!! Only Phone functionality will not work.
