You’re not just looking to be trained, you’re ready to be trusted.
The CR Internship is a hands-on leadership experience that gives you more than a seat in the room. It gives you a role in the mission. A generation is searching for truth, and campuses around the world are wide open. The CR Internship exists to train and release the messengers who will reach them.
Designed for “leaders-in-the-making” who are hungry to grow and ready to lead, this internship moves you beyond theory and into real responsibility. From campus outreach to music to media, you won’t just watch the mission happen. You’ll help build it!
You’ll be trained, equipped, and integrated into our teams to bring the gospel to life. This isn’t just about learning. It’s about becoming the kind of leader who can carry the message of Jesus to a generation. These internships are for those with some experience in the categories below. Pre-requisites are listed with each internship track.

Why do a CR Internship?
CR Interns are fully integrated into the Circuit Rider Experience (CRX), our 4 month discipleship training program. From day one, you step into full-time collaboration with our project teams across evangelism, music, media, and outreach initiatives.
Interns arrive Saturday, August 15 to join our Circuit Rider staff who return then from the summer outreach season. August 17 we start our fall orientation to kick start our respective projects and roles. When the Circuit Rider Experience begins October 19th, interns participate in the morning CRX lectures and receive the same spiritual and leadership training as CRX students. But instead of joining traditional short-term afternoon tracks, interns stay focused on their hands-on project work, contributing directly to initiatives and teams that help advance the mission.
This creates a unique environment where interns are both trained and trusted, growing through CRX teaching while gaining real leadership experience, building alongside our teams.
Only a limited number of internship spots are available each year.
