Chief Judge Davis has signed Administrative Order 3.09 (V3), an updated Standing Case Management Order for civil cases. The most notable change is the addition of language regarding good faith conferrals. This order is effective January 20, 2026. Please ensure the new order is filed with complaints in civil cases, effective as of that date.
