What is Authentic Relating (AR)?
Authentic Relating is a powerful approach with life-changing applications in:
🏡 Intentional communities & co-living spaces
👨👩👧 Family relationships
🏢 Workplace collaboration & leadership
🎓 Education & personal growth
AR is a thriving global practice community, 30,000+ strong. It is an open-source, global movement for social transformation based on the idea of prioritizing connection, showing up powerfully for other people, and injecting more love into the world. And finally, it’s a powerful practice called Circling, which will help you show up with more truth and care in all the contexts of your life, navigating differences and conflicts with more ease and joy.
ARC is more than a course — it’s a gateway to a more connected life and an invitation into a vibrant global community where you will feel at home with yourself and others. Our graduates invariably report experiences of transformation and deep connection — a space where inspired leadership develops and thrives.
Registration
ARC’s are now scheduled on demand via a Doodle poll. Cohorts of 6 or fewer are led by Marco; cohorts of 8 or more by Marco and Sophie.
How to register
Courses will be scheduled on-demand based on people’s availability. Here’s the process:
- Express interest: Email me [email protected] with a bit about yourself, your time zone, and your availability. If you are already certain you want to participate (depending on the scheduling), write the email and then go directly to step 2 and send in your refundable deposit.
Note regarding scheduling: it’s first-come, first-served. Meaning that early deposits have more impact on the scheduling. If a course is scheduled but still has spots, you can join it; but most courses fill. - Get on the short-list: Send a fully refundable $50 / 50€ deposit (whatever your primary currency) to reserve a spot. Use one of these payment methods.
- Vote on timing: Once enough people are on the short-list, I’ll email you a Doodle poll with scheduling options. You pick what works.
- Confirm or adjust — I’ll set the final course date. You can then either pay the balance, request a full deposit refund, or roll over to the next cohort.
Alternative communication channel: If you are on WhatsApp, write to me at +49 1573 9667979 instead of email. WhatsApp is good as it will be used as the shared communication channel for the group.
