No, we operate exclusively online. This allows us to maintain better pricing and reach customers worldwide who otherwise wouldn’t have access to this style. Online operations also let us respond faster to customer questions and process orders efficiently.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on all unworn, unused items in original condition with tags attached. Eligible: clothing with tags, jewelry in original packaging, accessories unused. Not eligible: final sale items, worn or used items, customer-damaged items, custom pieces.
How do I start a return?
Easy process: 1) Contact us within 30 days, 2) Receive return label via email (free for US customers), 3) Pack item securely with original tags, 4) Drop off at authorized shipping location, 5) Track return, 6) Get refund within 5-7 business days. International customers cover return shipping costs.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive your return: 7-15 business days to inspect and approve, 5-10 business days for funds to appear on card, PayPal refunds typically 4-7 business days. Total time from return shipment to refund: usually 15-22 business days. Confirmation email sent when processed.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, free size exchanges for US customers. Contact us with order number and preferred new size. We send prepaid return label, ship new size once we receive return. International customers pay return shipping. Subject to product availability — refund issued if out of stock.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
