Beta. When? provides tools for displaying dates and times in the relative formats in which humans think about them (i.e. 3 months ago, early in the morning). Based on date_since() and time_of_day() written by Dunstan Orchard and made into a WordPress plugin by Michael Heilemann. Works with WordPress v1.5b or higher.
