redirect to page does, what the name says and a little bit more. it redirects pages to pages, subpages and external uris.

Redirect Page redirect WordPress Pages to Pages, Subpages or external URIs. I think the usability is simple as it could be.
Just enable the Plugin by editing the page, select the target link – complete.
