Allows your website to connect to the PureTicket (www.pureticket.eu) helpdesk application. You will be able to view your tickets in the WordPress back-end and immediately click on a ticket, which will lead you to the application. Users of your website will also be able to fill in a form that will automatically be submitted as a new ticket.
