this plugin will allow you to create a widget which will alow admin , subscribers , contributors to post from sidebar widget .

a simple wordpress plugin which will create widget in sidebar to post from frontend(without going into admin page) . So you can use it by just activating it. Add [post-widget] shortcode on the page or post where you want to use it
now users can change default text for the widget from there admin options like "post title" , "post description" etc .
