A tool to help associations to manage travel or material costs for events or ongoing jobs.
Lots of associations know the problem: Whenever they organize an event, the members have to pay for stuff and want to get their money back.
This tool helps by adding invoices or registering travel costs and also helps to create bank csv data.
As a treasurer you can also download the invoices as a pdf file.
Note: This tool is created for German legal, so keep in mind that you have to modify settings, when you use it in another country.

Why are you doing this?
As member of a non-commercial association I am responsable for IT stuff.
Our association was looking for a tool to help to simplify cost management, and this is why I made this tool.
I want to use outside the range of German law, Can I do?
Sure you can, but there is no warranty that you can use it without modifications.
Is there any legal warranty given?
No, the tool is distributed on GPLv3, it works for our association, and for mostly other associations.
Kepp in mind that you would have to modify some things.
