LiveAdmin is an online customer support chat system, hosted based and ready to use. All you have to do is to signup at http://www.liveadmin.net and get a site key, then use it in configuration section of module.
Widget
In the Appearance -> Widgets in WordPress 2.8 or newer you'll find the LiveAdmin widget. After adding it to your sidebar you can enter a title for the Widget, some descriptive text that will appear above the button.
