Create checklists in WordPress and choose users who can use that checklist. You can also add checklist groups for common list items.

Create checklist and share those with specified users. You can assign a status to a list item:
- Pending
- Done
- Error
You can have a checklist group for reuseing list items. This will help when you are creating list such as "pre release" or "things to do when i leave home" lists.
This plugin creates a page ("checklists") when you activates this plugin. You can change the name and slug if you want to.
To change css, just copy pluginfolder/css/lists.css to you template folder.
