This shortcode plugin is used like so:
[feedbackUnlockedLink href=”http://www.google.ca”]Google[/feedbackUnlockedLink]
The user must enter feedback into the rendered form and submit it before the link is
made available.
Typical usage is a link to media content. User would provide feedback on a preview
of the content before being able to download the media file.
Feedback is sent to server via AJAX and stored as a comment on the containing post.
The link is returned as a response to the submit request and displayed in place of
the form.
