Dynamic for is custom plugin to fullfill customer requirement. To create dynamic form for contact us or any other reason
=Installation=
- Upload the folder to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
=Configuration=
- Firstly, create a Page in WordPress, while creating add Title to page and enter the text as [hn_form] in the Visual section and then publish the page.
