Third-Party Service Disclosure
This plugin relies on Annona Bot, an external service. When the plugin is active, it loads a JavaScript file from annonabot.com on your site’s frontend pages. When a visitor interacts with the chat widget, their messages are sent to Annona Bot’s servers for processing and a response is returned.
No visitor data is collected or transmitted until the visitor actively sends a message through the widget. Visitor data is never used for model training.
