Configuration
Bubble Chat
- Go to Settings > Agentivo Chatbots.
- Enter your Bubble Chat ID.
- Save changes.
- The chat bubble will appear automatically across your site.
Inline Chat
- Go to Settings > Agentivo Chatbots.
- Enter your Inline Chat ID.
- Configure Width and Height (default: 100% width, 600px height).
- Save changes.
- Insert the Agentivo Chat block in the Block Editor or use the shortcode.
Shortcode Options
The [agentivo_chat] shortcode supports optional attributes:
- id – Override the configured inline chat ID.
- width – Set a custom width.
- height – Set a custom height.
Example:
[agentivo_chat width=”800px” height=”500px”]
