With our move to Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium, Chicago Stars FC is excited to announce a partnership with Paciolan for a new online ticketing system. Paciolan will make it easier to manage your account and streamline the purchase process for Chicago Stars events.

Did you previously have a ticket account with Chicago Stars, but you need to log into your Paciolan account for the first time? See steps below to activate and access your new online account for the 2026 season.
1. While on the Chicago Stars FC website, select ‘My Account’ from the menu bar at the top right. From the eVenue main page, select ‘Sign In’ at the top right.
2. Enter the email address used for your current Season Ticket account and click Continue. It should say ‘Account Found’. Follow the prompt and click on ‘Send Me a Code’ to complete verification.
3. Click on the link in your email and enter the one-time code. Create a password when prompted. Be sure to save your email address and password since you'll use it to log in to your account in the future.
4. Your account is now activated online!
How to Sign into Your Existing Account
Have you already accessed your Paciolan account and need a refresher on how to sign in? See steps below to sign in.
1. Locate your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, click "Forgot Password," follow the instructions on the screen, and a temporary password will be sent to you. You can also select “One-Time Code” and a code will be sent to your email.

How to Order and Download Your Mobile Tickets
Chicago Stars FC tickets will now be completely mobile. Mobile tickets are specifically designed for smartphones and sent as a link either by a text message or email directly to you. Once you've opened that link on your mobile device, you can download your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay for entry on matchday.
1. Order your tickets online at chicagostars.evenue.net.
2. Choose MOBILE as your preferred delivery method.
3. You will receive either a text message or an email with a link to open your tickets. Click that link using your smartphone to open your tickets.
4. Once you've opened your tickets on your smartphone, select 'Add to Apple Wallet' or 'Save to G Pay'.
5. Tap ADD when presented with your ticket. Your wallet app will then have your ticket saved.
6. When you arrive at the gate on matchday, open your wallet app on your smartphone and present your tickets to the gate attendants for entry!
You can always access your ticket via your account within your mobile browser, but we encourage you to use your smartphone's wallet app and download your ticket in advance to save you time on matchday!
How to Transfer Tickets
Sending Tickets
1. Log in to your account via mobile browser at chicagostars.com/Tickets.
2. On the first page, scroll down to the bottom to find the TRANSFER button.
3. Select the events and tickets you want to transfer, enter in the smartphone number of the recipient.
4. Tap CONFIRM and your tickets will be sent!
Accessing Tickets
1. Tap on the link from your text message.
2. Select ACCEPT TRANSFER.
Note: There is an expiration date on the transfer.
3. Log in to your account.
4. Your new tickets are listed in your account now!
Chicago Stars have a new ticketing partner, Tickets.com, a premiere ticketing service with experience serving fans of Major League Baseball, the National Hockey League and other sports venues.
For Stars fans this means a more seamless process for purchasing tickets to Stars home matches. In the past fans would be directed to another site to purchase tickets. Now, fans will be able to purchase tickets directly on the Stars’ website, streamlining the process. Fans purchasing tickets for single matches will have tickets sent to their emails, or delivered to their account accessible through the Tickets.com mobile app.
Single game ticket buyers and season ticket members will need to create an account with Tickets.com to access their tickets. To create an account, please follow the steps below:
