Our history
We began as a company formation specialist, helping local entrepreneurs establish companies in Ireland. Now, Chern & Co is a trusted compliance partner for global businesses.
Founded by Alex Chernenko in 2009, Chern & Co emerged from a core belief: legal complexity shouldn’t be an obstacle to entrepreneurial ambition.
