Chatroulette Desktop 2.0

Chatroulette Desktop is a desktop client for Chatroulette.com. Chatroulette.com is a website where you can video chat with random people. You can use your webcamera and microphone and will be able to see other people. Sometimes, you will see people who are not completely dressed, and that is a part of the experience. Although the website has filtering options, they are often not effective. Chatroulette Desktop allows you to connect to Chatroulette but on your desktop. It doesn't need a web browser to work, but technically, the application IS a web browser.

When you first launch the application, it will carry out a system check. If you don't have a web camera, you won't be able to get on the service at all. Once a camera is detected, you can start seeing people by clicking on the "scan" button. You can skip people by clicking on the "next" button, but there isn't a button to report an user. There is one on the website.

In my little time with this application, I didn't find any problems. The whole experience was smooth, and I was able to get on Chatroulette in no time and the whole time I was connected I didn't see an indecent user. The application was stable and didn't crash at all.
