What is The Human Factor?

The Human Factor is far from your typical college lecture. It’s an exploration of what makes us human — and how we can use our insight, creativity and ethical thinking to shape a better future. The cornerstone is an annual speaker event, where we invite a well-known and influential voice to help us explore a critical topic — one we continue to examine year-round through additional programming that extends the conversation.
