Everyone handled spring differently. Some relished in the lengthening days, while others spent hours out among the fields cavorting around with the early blooms. To those with allergies however, spring was all but a death sentence. It loomed, in the near distance, waiting. To someone with a sensitive nose, and allergies, each and every vibrant bloom was a cruel mockery of joy. It was as if the flowers were screaming, spring is here and that the suffering had begun!
