The Charity House Real Estate Rewards program was designed to make the home ownership process less expensive for homebuyers and sellers and to strengthen the communities in which they live. To this end, the Charity House programs offers a cashback reward (where allowed) as well as closing cost credits from the participating lender. In addition, participants are allowed to choose an IRS approved non-profit charity to receive a $250 donation on their behalf. The Charity House Real Estate Rewards Program is the only one of its kind in the country that serves as a conduit to significant savings for homebuyers and sellers -AND- a charitable giving opportunity.
