Chapter2 is a retail business operating through its physical store in Multan and through its website, chapter2.pk. We offer products including, without limitation, arts & crafts supplies, school stationery, gifts, party decor, neon lights, Ramadan decoration, Eid decoration, greeting cards, costumes, seasonal items, and related celebration products.
Some products may be customized, handmade, made-to-order, fragile, oversized, or specially packed, and such products may be subject to special payment, production, dispatch, cancellation, return, replacement, or delivery conditions.

Shipping charges, handling charges, customization charges, packaging charges, and special delivery charges may apply separately where relevant. These charges may be displayed at checkout, charged at the store, or communicated before final order confirmation, especially for large, fragile, canvas, neon, customized, or oversized items.
When you place an order through our website or other remote channel, it is treated as an offer to purchase. Your order is only considered accepted and confirmed after we review it and, where applicable, receive the required payment or advance payment.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timelines mentioned on the website or communicated by our team. However, all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For large, fragile, customized, neon, canvas, or oversized items, delivery charges and timelines may differ from standard orders.

Orders for ready-stock, non-customized products may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our review.
Orders for customized, personalized, made-to-order, special-order, neon, fragile, or production-based items cannot be cancelled once design work, sourcing, production, packing, or dispatch has started.
Where advance payment has already been made for such orders, the advance may be adjusted against costs already incurred.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for customized, personalized, made-to-order, clearance, sale items, or gift cards unless expressly stated otherwise.
Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method, bank transfer, store adjustment, or another reasonable method determined by Chapter2.
