Get Help with Essential Needs

Emergency Assistance Program (EAP)
Our Emergency Assistance Program supports families during difficult times. While support depends on funding and eligibility, we do everything we can to help.

EAP services may include:

  • Help with electric, gas, or water bills
  • Grocery store food vouchers
  • A free infant or convertible car seat for eligible families who complete our Car Seat Safety Class

Free Classes & Programs

Ubuntu Roots: Parenting with Purpose and Power

This 8-week program is designed for caregivers raising Black or bi-racial children. Learn how to parent with confidence using tools that are culturally grounded, practical, and full of heart.
Free and available online or in person.

Nutrition Education Classes

Our monthly classes teach simple, affordable ways to cook healthy meals, reduce processed foods, and take care of your family’s nutrition.

Some classes include food demos and participation incentives.

Financial Literacy Workshops

Learn how to budget, manage debt, build credit, and make your money go further. These classes are required for anyone receiving EAP support.
