Our Ministry Model How We Do What We Do
Reaching Students
We strive to reach as many students between the ages of 13-18 as possible. These students are forming their identity and values and most face significant challenges, including addiction, mental health struggles, identity confusion, and broken families. Change Conference temporarily suspends the routine of their daily lives, and provides a safe, uninterrupted space before adulthood where they can encounter the hope and truth of Jesus.

Empowering Students to Share the Gospel
We are equipping the next generation to share the Gospel with their peers. Research shows that the most effective way to reach students is through other students. On the second day of Change Conference (Saturday), our focus shifts to going deeper. Having made a decision for Jesus, students are now ready to explore what comes next. Students are challenged and empowered to take the Gospel into their schools and communities and share it with their friends.

Ensuring Discipleship
To ensure every student who makes a decision for Jesus receives proper care and discipleship, we use a three-step follow-up process:
1. Communicating with Youth Leaders
At each event, leaders are informed about the decision moment and follow-up process so they can support students who respond.
2. Distributing Follow-Up Bags
Students receive a follow-up bag containing a Bible and guide about Jesus and next steps in faith.
3. Ongoing Discipleship
The follow-up bag signals to youth leaders which students have made a decision for Jesus and need continued support, follow-up, and discipleship through their local church.
By boldly sharing the Gospel, equipping students to reach their friends, and partnering with youth leaders for discipleship, this ministry is creating lasting impact in the lives of students across the nation.
