CERTSPMC Services Limited has launched the “Sustainable Career Development” initiative to introduce students and graduates to career opportunities in the industrial and energy sectors. The project began in September 2025 and will continue for two years, during which students and graduates will be able to benefit from its opportunities.

The main objective of the project is to provide young professionals with international-standard career development opportunities, equip them with the knowledge and skills required in real industrial environments, and support them in shaping their future career paths.

The program is designed to support students at all stages of their education:

🔹 For first-year students:
Helping them identify the right career priorities, understand which skills and certifications are essential in the industry, and guiding their development in the right direction.

🔹 For final-year students:
Enabling a smooth transition into the job market after graduation, with the opportunity to apply for high-potential positions in Azerbaijan and abroad through internationally recognized certifications.

Within the framework of the project, two key advantages are offered:

✅ Selected participants will be provided with official employment at partner companies, based on their skills and performance.
✅ Other participants will join a special development program, where career managers will support and guide them toward their desired positions.

As part of the project, participants will take part in internationally accredited training and mentorship programs, allowing them to:

* Develop technical and safety knowledge,
* Obtain internationally accredited certifications such as #LEEA, #NSL, #AITT, and others,
* Gain practical experience in real working environments,
* Build a strong foundation for an international career.

Most importantly, major industrial projects are planned in Azerbaijan for 2026. To participate in these projects and remain competitive in the labor market, international certifications are essential. These certifications are not merely formal requirements — they are strategic tools for career growth and global employment opportunities.
