Here’s how to earn your CertiPUR-US^® Certificate of Knowledge:

1. Click the green “Go to Course” button below to be directed to the course site.
2. When you go to the course site, you’ll be asked to Sign Up to start the course.
3. The course takes 15-20 minutes to complete.
4. When you complete the course and pass the 10-question quiz, don’t forget to scroll down to click the button to download and print out a personalized certificate. If you are taking the course as part of the registration process, you will need the 16-digit number on your personalized certificate to complete the top section of Terms of Use Agreement Form B.
