The Laravel Developer Certification offers exams at four levels.All exams have multiple-choice questions (with code based questions), last maximum 130 minutes, and require a 70% pass rate.

The exam covers a list of topics related to the Certification for Laravel.
You need to be fluent in building apps using the Laravel framework v12.0.
You need working knowledge of recent PHP versions, including topics such as object oriented, closures, and various commonly used features.
If your day job involves building Laravel applications, you’ll probably do fine.
We’re also testing your knowledge of best practices in the Laravel community.
It’s a good idea to go over the Laravel documentation, and get a refresher.
Various ecosystem packages and services are not tested, such as Homestead, Forge, Cashier, Valet, Mix, Lumen, Spark, StyleCi, Passport, Statamic, …
Vouchers are valid for one year after purchase. They cannot be refunded or used for registration after expiration.

You have 1 hour to complete the exam

Yes, that is possible, you will never lose your certification, but we offer already certified developers a chance to upgrade their existing certification to the latest version of Laravel at a reduced rate
