Jake Mankin
Owner / Managing Partner
Jake has a broad base of experience from his over two decades in the construction industry. He’s worked directly with commercial construction both as a materials and equipment supplier, and he’s proud to have served as a trusted partner on the successful execution of thousands of projects throughout his career.
Jake built Central Surfaces with the insights he obtained from years of serving customers directly and understanding what matters most to them. From our shop layout to our inventory to our project management approach, Jake has you in mind.
Sara Holmes
Managing Partner
Sara brings a rich mixture of finance, construction and operations management experience to her role at Central Surfaces. Her unique skill set provides a high level of professionalism to our team, with expertise in accounting, procurement, process design and back office management that can be hard to find in the industry.
With a Masters of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Leadership, Sara is an experienced builder — whether that be processes, companies or buildings.
James Squier

James brings a wealth of experience to Central Surfaces, having immersed himself in the stone industry for 20 years. His passion for the field is evident in his comprehensive understanding of operations, from the ground up. James thrives on challenges and is a continuous learner, ensuring he stays at the forefront of the industry.
