If we have to condense the story of the growth of CENTA's community over the last decade:
1.7 million+ teachers in the CENTA community, i.e. 1.7% of the world's teacher population
1.2 million+ teachers from India, i.e. over 10% of India's teacher population- we are the largest 'state' of India if ranked by the number of teachers :)
More than 20% of the teacher population of at least 5 other countries
But these numbers add up because of individual stories—and that is what keeps us engaged in what we are trying to do. Here is our humble attempt to share the stories of some of these teachers—teachers who are motivated to learn, grow, and provide better education to their students because we, as a society, have recognized their competence and efforts in staying updated!
