Judging Criteria and Winner Selection
Winners are selected by the judging panel based on the quality of what you built and the reality of your progress.
Core criteria:
- Did you create a verifiable path and show real movement - responses, intros, scheduling, or a live FaceTime call?
- Is it actually usable and deployed (not a mock)? Does it function end-to-end?
- Does your approach make sense for that target and their ecosystem (agents, PR, friends, orgs, communities, platforms)?
- How much did you ship in one day, and how cleanly does it work?
- Novel angle, boldness, and how well you committed to the challenge (including costume).
In the event of a tie, judges will favor the project with stronger proof of real-world traction and a more repeatable system.
