1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at https://cecom.in (the “Site”) and the purchase and use of WordPress plugins and related digital products sold by Cecom WordPress Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site.
2. Products
We sell WordPress plugins as digital software products. Products are offered in two tiers:
- Free plugins — available at no cost from the WordPress Plugin Directory. Use is governed by the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPLv2+).
- Premium add-ons — paid plugins sold exclusively through cecom.in. Purchase grants a time-limited license to use the premium add-on as described below.
3. Licenses
3.1 Grant
Upon purchasing a premium plugin and activating a valid license key, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the plugin on the number of WordPress sites specified by your purchased plan (“seat count”), for the duration of your license term.
3.2 Activation
License keys must be activated through the plugin’s License tab in your WordPress admin. Each activation is associated with a site URL. Activating on a site consumes one license seat. You may deactivate a site to free up a seat for use on another site.
3.3 License Term and Renewal
Licenses are sold for a fixed term (as stated at time of purchase). Upon expiry, premium features are automatically disabled. You may renew your license at any time from your account page to restore premium functionality. Renewal is not automatic.
3.4 License Restrictions
You may not:
- Share, redistribute, resell, or sublicense your license key to any third party
- Use the plugin on more sites than permitted by your seat count
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the premium plugin code for redistribution
- Remove or alter copyright, license, or attribution notices
3.5 Free Plugin License
The free plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later. A copy is available at https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html. GPL rights apply only to the free plugin code; they do not extend to the premium add-on or to the remote data and license verification services hosted at cecom.in.
4. Payments
4.1 Cryptocurrency Only
We accept cryptocurrency payments exclusively. No credit card, debit card, or bank transfer payments are accepted. Supported cryptocurrencies are listed at checkout. Prices are displayed in USD or EUR and converted at the exchange rate shown at the time of payment.
4.2 Transaction Finality
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Once a payment is broadcast to the blockchain and confirmed, it cannot be reversed by us or by you. Ensure you are purchasing the correct product before completing payment.
4.3 Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital software products. Because plugin files and license keys are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation, there is no right of return. If you experience a technical issue with a product, please contact us through the Support Portal and we will work to resolve it.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate purchases or verifiable technical failure that prevents the product from functioning as described and cannot be resolved within a reasonable support period.
6. External Services
Our premium plugins connect to external services hosted at cecom.in:
- Address Data API: Fetches Turkish administrative address data (provinces, districts, neighborhoods, and postal codes) to populate checkout dropdowns. Only fixed API credentials are transmitted — no personal or customer data is sent.
- License Verification Service: Verifies premium license keys. Transmits the license key, site URL, and an activation token. No customer personal data beyond the site URL is transmitted.
- WordPress.org Plugins API: Retrieved once every 12 hours to display plugin ratings in the WordPress admin. Only the plugin slug is transmitted; no personal data.
Availability of these services is not guaranteed. Temporary service outages do not entitle you to a refund or license extension.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on cecom.in, including plugin code (other than GPL-licensed components), documentation, graphics, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Cecom WordPress Solutions. You are granted a limited, revocable license to view and use the Site solely for lawful purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or republished without our written consent.
8. Restrictions

- Use the Site or our products in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that plugins will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every theme, plugin, or server environment. You assume full responsibility for testing plugins in a staging environment before deploying to production.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cecom WordPress Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of our products or services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cecom WordPress Solutions and its officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site or our products, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
12. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the remaining provisions.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
