I have just received and used VX-3200V and am looking for software. Not sure if I need CE-47 or CE-52. I need to find this software or a link for download.

The application you need is CE-52 but it's not available anymore from the official website. You can download it from a forum board of users that are using the same hardware device. You need to visit Google Search to look for the file. Visit Uer.ca website and you will find your application.
