How it works

MA!N Connect includes integrations with a wide range of systems such as Exact Online, AFAS, SAP and Twinfield. And we continuously add new systems.

You configure once which data you want to exchange, between which systems and when. After that, MA!N Connect takes care of the data exchange.

Who is it for?

MA!N Connect is ideal for organisations that want to push data from systems such as SAP, AFAS or Exact to a credit management system, or that want to exchange data with third parties such as bailiffs or debt collection agencies.

Do I need to install anything?

No, MA!N Connect runs entirely in the CE-iT Cloud. There is nothing for you to install.

Is MA!N Connect secure?

Yes, MA!N Connect operates according to the latest security standards, ensuring data is exchanged securely. CE-iT itself is ISO 27001 certified.

You authorise MA!N Connect with a unique security key that your system generates specifically for MA!N Connect, and data is transmitted encrypted.

You determine which data is exchanged, and MA!N Connect deletes it after sending. This ensures you remain compliant with the GDPR.

What does MA!N Connect cost?

The cost of MA!N Connect consists of two components: systems (for example AFAS) and administrations (the number of administrations from which you want to retrieve data).

• Systems: € 500 per year per system.
• Administrations: € 50 per administration per year.

Example: you connect AFAS and MA!N for 5 administrations, then you pay € 750 per year.
