I had a 30-days trial download. A week later I tried to delete the program, but unable to do that as the program is running somewhere in the system according to a system message. How to locate it and why am I not able to see it on the screen? Sent message to the developer but got no reply.

Start Task Manager (right click taskbar and select Task manager) and identify the application. If you can't find it, go to Start > Run > msconfig. On the Startup tab there are all the startup items listed. Identify CD Eject Tool, then switch to Task Manager. Locate the file on the process list and force-quit it then start the uninstaller. If you still have problems try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
