The Civil Contractors Federation Tasmania (CCFTas) Workforce Plan 2025–30 will build on the momentum created by the successful implementation of the Civil Construction Industry Workforce Development Plan 2019–25.
Although we have achieved many of our goals and outcomes recommended in the previous plan, the issues identified in this plan are similar to those identified in the previous plan. Work to develop this plan gave voice to the fact that our workforce issues stem, in part, from a lack of understanding of civil construction within the Tasmanian community.
