Quote flow from the customer end #
Now let us see how the customers can request a quote of a product from their end.
- The customers can go to the shop page or the single product page and there they will get the “Add quote” button”. They need to simply click on the button to add that product for the quotation cart.
- Once they are done with adding products, they just need to go to the “Request quote” page and there they will get the option for adding details and send quote for their selected products.
Once the quote request is sent, the admin will receive an email regarding the quote and he can see the quote request from the WooCommerce order page.

Quotation flow in CatalogX Pro #
Once the CatalogX Pro plugin is enabled, the admin can manage quotation requests by navigating to Admin Dashboard > CatalogX > Quotation Requests. Here, the admin can view all submitted quotation requests, create new quotes, and manage existing ones. By clicking on a specific request, the admin is redirected to the order details page, where they can send emails, review quote details, and perform various other actions.
Flow from Customer’s end #
The customer can see details of his requested quotes by going to My account >> My requested quotes.
