Long Run

Didn't make it to the gym yesterday. I felt guilty but I had a amazing day with my family :) So I'm happy I got time with them. Today I went early because I knew I had to do a 3-mile run/walk. I worked my legs today and did well, meaning I pushed myself. I was sweating and out of breath by the end. I jumped right on the treadmill and went to town doing 2/1 intervals. That lasted about 11 mins and then I went at a pace I felt comfortable with. I finished in 42:55 so I'm happy. I'm not in bad shape like Wednesday when I was really sore. Tomorrow will be a easy day because I have a 2-mile recovery walk. Also going tomorrow will give me day 5 which is my goal of exercising 5 days a week. I can't wait until weigh-in on Tuesday! I need to make better choices eating wise. All will be accomplished with hard work :) Just resting before work. TTLY
