It should be in conjunction with Hrad Technika (9-609-039), which are illustrated the provider’s point of view. When Tegan, a Welsh toy dealer, supports the development of a new liability system Hrad Technika, a growing outsourcing company from the Czech Republic, believes Tegan, they are always an issue out of their hands. Unfortunately, the project goes badly, and Tegan is left with the decision on how to prevent an error in the accounts payable of stopping the entire business of the company. The case allows for testing how to manage an outsourcing project and provides a general discussion of IT outsourcing.
