What we supply
- CE / UKCA Declaration of Conformity from the manufacturer (product‑family specific)
- DoP (Declaration of Performance) for glazing and insulated panels where applicable
- Aluminium systems: EN 1990–1999 Eurocodes (load design), powder‑coating per Qualicoat/GSB (where specified)
- Glazing: EN 12150 (toughened), EN 1279 (insulating glass units), EN 14449 (laminated), EN 356 (security levels)
- Steel structures & components: EN 1090‑1 Factory Production Control (where structural), Eurocode 3 (EN 1993)
- Electrical: CE‑marked components, installed to BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations)
- Fire/Reaction to fire: Euroclass ratings per EN 13501‑1 for claddings/insulation (project‑specific)
- ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 45001 (H&S) — available from partner factories where held
- Timber sources with FSC®/PEFC certification (when timber claddings are specified)
- CasaFrame (aluminium): model data sheets and DoPs from suppliers such as Deponti, Aylux, Sunset Pergola
- CasaBox (modular cabins): material specs, CE/UKCA for windows/doors/electrical, panel data sheets
- CasaSteel (light steel frame): structural calcs and panel drawings; EN 1090‑1 certificate where applicable
Warranty at Glance
Warranty notes:
- Coverage is for manufacturing defects under normal residential/light‑commercial use and proper maintenance.
- Storm damage, misuse, alterations or third‑party works are excluded. Wind/snow limits per project design apply.
- Glass is warranted against manufacturing defects; tempered glass breakage from impact/thermal shock is excluded.
- Installed coverage applies to Casa installation or approved installers; supply‑only is parts warranty.
- Registration within 30 days of installation recommended for faster service and to record serials.
- Warranties are non‑transferable unless agreed in writing.
Aftercare & Maintenance
Keep it in top condition:
- Clean aluminium/glass every 3–6 months with pH‑neutral cleaner; no abrasives.
- Check and clear gutters/drainage twice a year; ensure downpipes flow freely.
- Lubricate louver pivots and door/lock hardware annually.
- For fabric awnings/pergolas: brush off debris regularly and hose gently; allow to dry before retraction
- Inspect sealants, fixings and anchor points annually; re‑seal or tighten where required.
- Log maintenance in your warranty booklet; keep invoices and photos for any claim.
