About Me
My work focuses on helping mission-driven organizations communicate clearly at scale, particularly where language, governance, and technology intersect. With a strong grounding in open standards, institutional trust, and long-term stewardship, I design and lead communications and digital systems that are built to endure rather than react.
Over the course of my career, I have held senior leadership roles at The New York Public Library, including responsibility for digital platforms, public programs, and education initiatives during periods of institutional transition. In parallel, I have advised libraries, cultural institutions, and private organizations on standards-based content systems, governance frameworks, and strategic communications. My background includes early leadership in XML-based content management, metadata governance, and large-scale digital infrastructure.
Today, I work as a strategist, editor, and advisor, translating complex ideas into durable systems that support clarity, accountability, and public value.
