The Carnation Foundation works with donors to fund programs and provide financial support to patients and employees. Donor funding helps to improve quality of life for our patients and our employees who are going through a challenging time.

The Carnation Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization with a mission to provide financial support and resources to hospice and palliative care patients and their families as well as employees working in hospice and palliative care.
Funds are dedicated to patients and families who have or are receiving care from and employees of one of the following organizations:
- Agape Care Group
- Agape Care South Carolina
- ACG Hospice
- Georgia Hospice Care
- Hands of Hope
- Hospice of the Carolina Foothills
If you are interested in supporting the Carnation Foundation, you can make a gift to the patient fund, the employee fund, or both.
Patient With you Fund
Health insurance and Social Security benefits are not always enough to cover medical bills, funeral costs, or other emergency expenses. Our Patient Fund is designed to help families overcome some of those financial burdens so they can focus on the process of healing and grieving.
Employee With you Fund
Hospice and palliative care employees work hard to care for patients and families with compassionate care and clinical excellence. The Carnation Foundation provides support to those employees in times of unusual need and financial hardship.
