No plastic is used for packaging.

Relevance
These conditions are applicable for all agreements concerning the sale and delivery of products via the online shop between the buyer and Monika Auch. Monika Auch retains the right to adjust conditions or include new ones. Information, images, notifications, etc. with respect to the product are displayed and communicated as accurately as possible. Colors may differ from the displayed product .
Delivery and postage
Once the payment for the embroidery kit has been received the package will be sent. If payment has not been received after five working days the order will be cancelled.
Ordered goods are sent as soon as possible after payment has been received. Deliveries are sent at buyer’s risk, via TNT Post. A kit is sent in an envelope. If you wish to order a larger number costs will be calculated accordingly. It can happen that the kit is temporarily out of stock. In this case you will be informed of this delay as soon as possible. The estimated delivery date varies from 1 to 5 days according to the country. Monika Auch is not responsible in any case for delayed or lost deliveries. When your order arrives damaged, please contact by email.
Exchanges and Complaints
Exchange is not possible. If you have a complaint you should let us know within seven days. Only if this step is taken can we try to resolve your complaint.
