Job Description

Assist in installing, configuring, updating and migrating databases;
Assist in planning and implementing backup and recovery procedures;
Assist in monitoring and performace tuning of the databases;
Assist in creating, controlling, monitoring and tracking user access to the database;
Assist in planning the storage requirement, monitor available storage space and watch growth trends;
Assist in resolving database related issues and coordinate with vendors for technical support;
Assist in evaluating new database releases and related product and tools;
Provide support to application development team; and
Assist in ensuring compliance with vendor license agreement.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology;
With 1-2 years work experience on related functions;
Average to above average in security related platforms;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
