A plethora of real estate tax incentives exist these days, and the thoughtful CPA must consider all potential sources of benefit. The One Big, Beautiful Bill Act (OB3) has enhanced several incentives, while placing limitations on others.
In this session we will review over a dozen federal strategies, exploring the eligibility criteria, the ideal candidates, the crucial dates, and more. Interplay of strategies to create a comprehensive tax plan will also be discussed. An easily scannable checklist including all covered incentives will be provided.

R&D Reimagined: The Updated Form 6765

The IRS has released an updated version of Form 6765 that will require an extremely high level of granular detail and documentation. This webinar will highlight changes to the Form, including Sections E, F, and G. Special attention will be paid to the laborious Section G, and associated case law will be reviewed. Finally, we’ll discuss what firms can do now to prepare for TY 2026 — when Section G will be required for many taxpayers — with a focus on information gathering and processing.

- Review the current version of Form 6765, and point out Sections that will change moving forward
