ADA & Reasonable Modification

Decorative Arrow

Cape Cod RTA is committed to providing accessible public transportation for all riders. If you have a disability and need a change to our usual policies or procedures so you can use our services, you may request a reasonable modification.

How to Request:

You can make a request in advance by contacting our ADA Coordinator, Dennis Foster:
Phone: 800.352.7155 ext. 111

Requests can also be made directly to the driver at the time of service when possible. Please note: requests may be denied if they create a safety risk, fundamentally change the service, or cause unreasonable costs.

The Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI and the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with CCRTA or directly with the FTA.

Any person, who believes his/her Title VI protection has been violated, may file a complaint with Cape Cod RTA’s Customer Service Department. For Title VI complaints, please contact Debra Shores at dshores@capecodrta.org.
